Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately check your package for any signs of transit damage or incorrect items before opening the individual candy packaging.
Contact Customer Support
Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or shipping box.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the next steps.
Refund Processing
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
